The Crystal Palace Dinosaurs, built in the 1850s were the first, ever, life-size dinosaur models in the world. I think they are one of the most wonderful things the Victorians ever produced, and that everyone in the world should see them and marvel at them. For the benefit of those of you who can't make it out to Sydenham, Kent (UK), I've made three visits with cameras (two in 1999, one in 2003), and created a virtual tour for you.
