Why?

• Because I can't afford a nifty domain name all my own with ".com" at the end on my own
• Because in the UK broadband is ludicrously expensive
• Because the alternative is being saddled with a load of annoying popups
• Because I'm spending most of my meager salary on frivolous things like bread, beans and rent
• Because you like this website too, and if it were a zine you'd be paying a couple of quid for it, and as it is you're getting it for free [guilt, guilt, guilt...]

Whatever you want to give. Basically, if 20 kind people donate $2US each, I can afford a year's hosting with the kind people at dh2.net; if the same kind people donate more, I can set up that much faster, and cover other expenses incurred (*cough*broadband*cough*). If you can't even afford that, then fine; but if you can, and you've enjoyed the site, it would be much appreciated [guilt, guilt, guilt]. Oh, and if you donate a lot, I'll put your name on the site somewhere nice and visible-- like I've done with The Reverend Friday Jones and Rosemary McVicar!
